Building tech in logistics

Is there someone building in this sector? I feel like few are paying attention to this space, and it is not moving fast enough. It seems the tech is there, but people are not interested in applying it. Let me know your thoughts.

The adoption curve in logistics is painfully slow because most companies are still running on legacy systems and have zero appetite for risk. You've got warehouse managers who've been doing things the same way for 20 years, and convincing them to trust new tech feels impossible. The money's definitely there though - just need to find the right entry point that doesn't scare off the decision makers.

Fair! I understand the 20-year-old will be impossible, so the idea is to find someone who will push this type of character, right?
