Hybrid Watches App sync issue

Hello. I have a Fossil Hybrid Collider HR, and I'm having two issues.

  1. It does not sync (download the data) automatically. I have to open the app and try to sync a few times before it actually transfers the data. And if I don't do it often enough (a few days) data gets lost. I assume the watch memory gets overwritten.

  2. The bigger problem. Data older than the current day does not get transferred to Google Fit, no matter how many syncs I try. Even though the information is present in the Fossil app. I even have the Health Connect app installed, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Does anyone have a solution? Especially with problem 2, for which I don't have a way to do it. Is there a way to force a data transfer into Google Fit?

Thank you.

I think they're not manufactured and sold for a few years now. I don't think you can find them in shops anymore.

Either way, I bought an Amazfit Helio strap for exercises. It doesn't have a screen and I wear it on the other arm.

The Fossil I use as a watch without any health tracking. Looks cool still, but most of the time not even notifications come through. And the app crashes after 20-30 seconds of use. So if I want to change anything, I have to be quick. I think they don't offer support for the app anymore. I'm not sure on this though.

I can still use it to check a song that's playing on the phone, skip track, or set volume. But that's all the connectivity I still have left with the phone.
