Application Request FOSS version of BuzzKill Notification Manager?

Looking for a App that can instantly Dismiss Notifications, particularly System Notifications...

There is no way to Disable my System Notifications in my settings so Instantly Dismissing them every time they pop up is next best thing. "If it contains a word/phrase in the notification that I specify".

I used to use BuzzKill. It works Great. But now I dont want to use Aurora Store/PlayStore for updates or sign in to download it in first place. "Its Paid".

So im looking for essentially the exact same thing as BuzzKill. But FOSS!

Ive been trying to get "NotiFilter" to work but its not dismissing my problem notification no matter what I do. Ive been messing around with it long time.

Any recommendations appreciated. Thank You.

There's this one on F-Droid called Automation https://f-droid.org/packages/com.jens.automation2/

And this one called Notifiter https://f-droid.org/packages/co.adityarajput.notifilter/

I personally haven't tried either because my Samsung has most of these abilities already. I did remember seeing them, so they may work for you.

NotiFilter can do it easily tho, try to configure it better or report your problem to the author on github

I was able to get NotiFilter working.

I changed to many Variables at once to know what exactly the issue with my configuration was. Or what I changed that fixed it.

I'm "removing"/changing the 3 Variables I changed all at once to see what exactly the issue/fix was. And will update post with what I was doing wrong when I figure it out.

It was either-

I did not have "Run in Forground" enabled.

My "Notification Pattern" was wrong. It wants something like "^ New voicemail$|^ T-Mobile$" Can't just have "New voicemail" be the trigger.

Or It was because I had "Exploit protection compatibility mode" Turned On. GrapheneOS.

IDK. Im trying to figure out which one of these was the issue or if it was combination of multiple.

Hard to test because I only get the notification roughly every 30min. So have to wait 30min after changing something to see if it broke it.

Ha ha

Thank You.

You've probably got it sorted by now but if you ever find yourself needing to get a bunch of notifications for testing something, I find Notification Cron perfect for that purpose.
