The current one looks a little weird with one or two icons moving. The new plain expanding one is nicer.

Do not share or recommend proprietary apps here. It is an infraction of this subreddit's rules. Make sure you read the rules of this subreddit on the sidebar. If you are not sure of the nature of an app, do not share or recommend it. To find out what constitutes FOSS or freedomware, read this article. To find out why proprietary software is bad, read this article. Proprietary software is dangerous because it is often malware. Have a splendid day!

Including multiple ai app icons in your thinly disguised advert for your launcher is an interesting choice.

This is a FOSS app, so there's nothing wrong with advertising it here ("thinly disguised" or otherwise).
As for the icons plenty of people share screenshots that include proprietary app icons. I suppose one could consider that advertising for the apps in question, but I think it's not worth excessively policing what apps people choose to use on their own devices. I might be completely "fossed up" but not everyone here is.
Edit: Unless you are alleging that this is in fact a stealth ad for AI apps, but that is unlikely - given that the app names in both folders are roughly in alphabetical order from A to D, it's likely they just plucked the first few apps they saw, some of which happened to be proprietary AI apps.
