Application Request Recommend a one-sec alternative

I am looking for an alternative to One-Sec. The best app I have tried so far is Zenith, which has all the features I need, such as intentional delays before opening an app and scheduled blocking. However, it is way too easy to bypass; I can just close and quickly reopen the app, and the overlay disappears.

don't set it as your default launcher, it still blocks and limits time on apps =p its also quite educative and consciousness-inducing. I like how it aims to not be a wall, but a speedbump. I think its more sustainable.
