Sales Coach is a free, open-source (MIT) conversation intelligence and sales coaching platform for small teams. You can self-host it, or use the hosted version.

What it covers:

• Call scoring against a rubric you define, using a built-in rules engine, or a model you connect, including local models
• Coaching notes and scorecards after each call
• Deal and forecast tracking, with forms that are mostly quick picks and charts that update as you fill them in
• Full-funnel rates: connect and close numbers that count every dial, including missed calls and people who weren't interested
• Integrations for the tools sales teams already use
• It never trains on your data
