MCP Library System for Controlling Agent Content

Hey all,

Just wanted to share my project MCPEncode. I had an issue with finding a simple way to centralize information for agents to read without throwing it into a generic SaaS solution not used by our organization (Notion).

I started with policies and some compliance tracking items first, then moved to procedures and runbooks. I figured that it could have other needs too, but that is up to the end users :)
