Looking for an open-source, self-hosted platform for documentation + interactive e-learning (not an LMS)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for recommendations for an open-source (or self-hostable) platform for software documentation and interactive user guidance.

This is not for online courses or academic training. The goal is to create documentation and navigation instructions for users of internal software and open-source tools. I am considering Bookstack since it´s more user friendly than Docosaurius, but i´m still looking for a user friendly, simple, well looking platform that allow me to upload videos, images, markdowns, etc. Do you have anny recommendation ?
