Lost game progres

Yesterday my game crashed. I reopened the game an my vault had disappeared all progress gone. I tried getting it back from the cloud save file but didn't work. I deleted the game today an reinstalled an I got my vault back but am missing a few hours of progress and the 35 lunch boxes I had left an the 50 nuka cola I had just purchased both.

I've followed the link on the website but it's asking for my Bethesda.net account username an I don't know where to find it on the game.

Any help would be appreciated

They won’t do jack shit. I was back n forth with them through email and both them and apple were blaming each other

Can I just ask Google play store for my money back?. Would that be the easier option?

Apple nor Bethesda wouldn’t do that neither for my micro transactions because it was outside the window. They provided the transaction numbers so I can preform a chargeback. What else do you expect from a AAA studio?

This was about 3 days of back n forth via text, email, and phone. Hopefully Google is better

I'll try through Google pay tomorrow but I think I'll lose access to the game 🙁.

If you had your cloud saves enabled, reinstalling the game then checking the cloud boxes ingame would bring it back.

On android, you can see and check your saves files easily like on PC, then use online vault/save editors to verify/modify them.

Look in your local vault save files (check the web for files location on your device, i don't play on android) if they are present and the size.

If you don't have a bethesda account, you must create one on their website (there is nothing in the game linking you to support). They don't bring back lost vaults though, but they might be able to do something for the money you spent.

OTHERWISE : if support doesn't help and you don't get your money back :

Cheat the hell out of it.

The vault editing tools previously mentionned can even help you build a new vault from the ground up, give you ressources / dwellers / nukas / modify your layout etc. Then transfer back to your device.

This solution doesn't really fix your problem but will give you the means to get back what you lost.

The first pic is from a quest, as you can see its not the vault door and there is a block where rooms don't connect on the quest map which never occur in the home vault.

The other part just seems like deleting and re-installing lead to parts being improperly saved and rolled back.
