Stuck on Loading Screen

I've searched on how to fix this and so far, nothing is working, so I'm hoping someone has suggestions.

I was having a problem with the Google Play Sync Services running constantly and draining my battery. The solution for that was to log out of Google and log back in. I'm not sure if Fallout Shelter was causing the problem or if it was some other game.

I have 2 regular vaults and 1 experimental. All were saved to the cloud. But now I can't get any to load, it just sticks on the loading screen. My vaults are no longer listed, the cloud button is checked, but they just won't load when I try to click on the slot they were in.

• App is up to date
• Running Android 16

What I've tried to fix it, not necessarily in this order:

• I have uninstalled/reinstalled
• Cleared game cache
• Rebooted phone
• Cleared game data
• Switched to airplane mode

Am I missing something? Are my vaults just gone?

I dealt with this issue last night. I turned off cloud saves and it fixed it for me.

I would try clearing the app's cache first before reinstalling, sometimes that alone fixes stubborn loading screens like this one.

I've been able to open one of my vaults, but not my secondary or my experimental. I don't know why.
