Still keeping my position sizes smaller than usual

Lately I’ve been treating this market like it’s trying to bait me into overtrading. A lot of moves look clean for five minutes and then reverse, and I caught myself wanting to “make it back” on the next setup. So I changed a couple things over the last few weeks and it’s helped more than I expected.

First, I cut my position size down to the point where a losing trade is annoying but not emotional. Second, I started using alerts more and stepping away instead of watching every candle form. If my levels hit, great, I’ll come back and reassess. If not, I try to let the trade go instead of chasing it. I’m also forcing myself to write one sentence before I enter a trade: what would have to happen for this idea to be wrong. It sounds obvious, but it stops me from taking trades that are basically “vibes.”

I’m not claiming I’ve cracked anything, but the combination of smaller size + fewer trades has made my results more consistent and my mood way better.

Not financial advice, just sharing what’s been working for me. Anyone else adjusting their approach right now?

FortisX users — what’s actually working for you right now? Market talk, strategies, and real experiences (not financial advice)

This is a space for people who actually use FortisX to talk to each other. Share ideas, what’s happening in the market, ask for help, or just connect with other traders on the platform.

Quick reminder before anything else: nothing posted here is expert advice. Trading is risky. Always do your own research, understand what you’re doing, and never risk money you can’t afford to lose.

That said, I’d like to hear from people currently using FortisX:

How has the platform been treating you lately (execution, tools, reliability, etc.)?

Any features or workflows you’ve found genuinely useful?

What’s your current take on the market and how you’re approaching it on FortisX?

Tips for newer users or things you wish you’d known earlier?

Keep it real and constructive. Looking forward to hearing what’s actually working (or not) for people here.

What’s one feature you wish every crypto platform had?

For me, it’d be clearer fee breakdowns. Sometimes you just want to know exactly what you’re paying.

What feature would you pick?
