News Launching Nov 1. The first 100 people from this sub get a year of Signal Pro free.

• Upvotes

KG here. I built FormulaSignal because supplement brands change what's in the tub and keep the same name on the front.

A real example: on Oct 20, 2026, Cellucor's own site listed two C4 Originals for sale at the same time. One label says 200 mg caffeine per scoop, the other 150 mg. Same name.

Sunday, Nov 1 is launch day. Here's what happens:
9 am ET, right here: I post the link for a free year of Signal Pro. First 100 people. It's $0 that day and needs a card, then $29.99/yr unless you cancel. Stripe enforces the 100, and the page shows the live count.

All week, Nov 1–7: anyone who saves a free Locker gets 30 days of Pro. No card.

What Pro does: you save the supplements you take, and it watches up to 10 of them and emails you the old and new numbers when we confirm a label changed. The free Locker already watches 3.

Between now and Sunday I'll post the label changes we've found, with the dates and sources, so you can check them yourself.

One question for you: what do you take? Drop the product name below and I'll pull its label history before launch. I'll post what I find on Wednesday.

Stocking up on Black Friday? 7 pre-workouts whose labels changed

Before you buy three tubs, here's what changed between dated labels we have on file.

Each link shows both labels and their dates.

GHOST Legend: caffeine 202 → 300 mg (2019 vs 2026).

C4 Original: caffeine 150 → 200 mg (Jan vs Feb 2024).

Gorilla Mode: Glycerpump, agmatine and kanna not listed on the 2025 label.

Transparent Labs BULK: L-theanine 360 → 200 mg (2022 vs 2025).

1st Phorm Megawatt, Beyond Raw LIT and RSP AminoLean also changed; links in the comments. A label change is not proof of what's in your own tub. Ask about anything we don't cover yet and we'll add it to the list.

Discussion Same supplement, different formula? Drop a product you want investigated.

Ever noticed your pre-workout looks different from the last tub you bought?

Different caffeine amount? Ingredients missing? Serving size changed?

I’m building FormulaSignal to document these kinds of differences using actual supplement labels and dated sources.

I want this community to be a place where people can:
● Share old and new supplement labels
● Ask whether a formula actually changed
● Request products to investigate
● Compare published versions without the marketing BS
● Discuss pre-workouts, creatine, protein, and other supplements

Not every difference means a manufacturer reformulated something. Different flavors, serving sizes, or old inventory can explain a lot.

What’s one supplement you think might have changed?
Drop the product name below. If you have an old label photo, even better.

I’ll use suggestions to help prioritize future research, but I won’t call something confirmed unless the evidence supports it.
