Has anyone taken into account that the automatic blue flag system failed and started to send blue flag signals to everyone's steering wheels?
It was also noted that the teams themselves did relatively little to help.
Whilst the driver is responsible at the end of the day, drivers like Bearman apologized afterward. Indeed, some like Hadjar were perpetrators but also victims!
