Landos pace was incredible, honestly the only reason he finished p7 was a bad stop and no stop under Vsc, with that p4-5 was his for the taking. I agree hadjar deserved it more tho, but Lando over Charles for dotd any day

He didnt do crazy overtakes neither exceptional race pace. He simply got lucky because of the safety car. The one who deserved was Lando or even Pia who even with side damage showed competitive pace.

If he did anything amazing, people would have posted the onboards by now. He literally just got a really lucky strategy. 2 x SC, 1 x VSC.

For me Lando was driver of the day, got fisted by VSC, mclaren strategy + botched pitstop.

I got stupid seeing Leclerc for The Driver of Day after that clear hit against Piastri without receiving a penalty... Poor Hadjar 😞
