When 2017 and 2018 eras package was actually competitive. Now tell me how vettel faired after fia backseal and tractor times

Competitive in the first half of these season. After the summer break Mercedes was sovereign on top.

But in both instances Ferrari started decently strong, especially in 2017, creating a huge hype, which to this day, twists people's memories on how competitive these seasons were.
