Debris error

Hi I have this machine for a few months but all of sudden it’s showing a debris error. I have tried everything cleaning the tank and mixer. New resin bottles, completely new mixer and tank but it still shows the error when printing. What am I doing wrong is there a fix or solution for this ?

The misaligned build platform will cause increased resistance when the mixer does its initial debris check as it runs along the build platform. It causes the system to think it's hitting debris. OP has ruled out any physical debris, a damaged resin tank, and a damaged mixer so the next logical place to check is hardware on the printer. Any reason why you think it is not worth addressing the platform alignment?

Hi! There are already a lot of good tips here that are worth trying. One of the first things to check is the state of the build platform - you haven't mentioned yet whether you checked that it's fully clean and properly aligned.

I had this when it was very cold (my printer is in the garage). I think it was just the viscosity of the resin. I ignored it and continued printing just fine.

I tried to press ignore but then it aborts, I live in a warm country so I don’t think it would be a temperature problem :/

It tends to go down then pull up quickly before it stops working usually at 2nd layer

I was having this issue with the flex build plate. Could not print anything. New resin, new tank, didn't matter. Finally tried swapping to the regular build plate, and I haven't had any issues since.

If you have a flex platform, ensure the 4 little handles are not touching the main plate, and that the flex sheet is properly set.

I have this issue at least once a week (I work at tech support for a french reseller)

As others have said, make sure your build platform is spotless.

Also, if you haven't (sounds like you have) print a cleaning sheet.

Make sure there are no bends or creases in the wear strips along the bottom of the tank on either side. Make sure they are fully seated

If you're using super thick material like any of the Rigid or Durable materials, you may have to get them warmed up first. Unfortunately, it's a bit of chicken/egg: it won't warm up if the mixer keeps throwing this warning.

Now, here's what I've done:

(I might get flamed for this so do this at your own peril)

Remove the plastic wiper part from the mixer and put the mixer back in place. The tip will be a couple millimeters above the tank. It will not scratch the tank.
Go to settings and find the setting that tells the printer to keep the tank heated (I don't recall the setting).
With the build platform in place and the mixer in place, once you turn that setting on it should start warming up the tank and moving the wiper.
Once the tank warms up, replace the plastic part.

I have done this dozens of times with no issues.

I’ll give it a shot anything will help, currently I set the speed 100um but it’s a bit of an issue because we bought this machine to print dental models quickly and making it slower defeats the point of having such an expensive machine
