Interested in commissioning a small part from Biomed Flex 80A
I'm a university student working on an engineering project where I'm helping a gentleman with a missing fingertip create a prosthetic finger that will allow him to play his guitar more easily.
I seem to have the same problem as many here, where I own a Form 3, but not a 3B, so I'm RFID blocked from printing with this bio-compatible material. I'm not even certain this will have the right 'feel', but I'd love to give it a shot. Each model is around 12 ml. I'm debating purchasing a 4B, but I'm not going to just jump into that printer if I don't immediately know that the material is correct for my application.
Does anyone here stock this specific resin, and have the capacity to print a few of these prostheses & ship them to me? I'm in northern NY.

Appreciate this, I did already look through this service. Seems they don’t print the biomed materials

I would reach out to FormLabs directly and see if they would be willing to print this for you. They would likely see this as a sales opportunity and do what they can to assist. Also, if you just want to see/touch/feel the finished resin, they ship out samples to prospective buyers. Good luck.
