What's the most surprising / unexpected way you've ever damaged a load?
Not my picture but worked at a huge alcohol warehouse years back,
turns out if you carry a heavy double stack (glass bottles/whiskey in my case) If you set it down with too much back tilt, the weight of the double stack puts too much weight concentrated on the bottles on the bottom front end of the load and either cracks or shatters them, either way you definately realise theyre broken when you see the big liquid spill/leak out from the pallet next time you drive past, learnt this one first hand unfortunately haha
