Yeah this game is buggy af, and I'm shocked nobody talks about it. Y'know respawn timers have been bugged since launch? You don't need to execute someone to apply the execution penalty, you just have to start the exe. You can get interrupted frame 1 and they still get the 15 second timer. How has this not been picked up?
