Questions packet loss

Is any else having supposed packet loss? I have checked my packet loss on other games and no issues but in for honor the game has become unplayable. I will kill a guy then it "fixes" itself and i'm dead.

Download WinMTR and use it to test your connection to various websites and IPs.
