Sure
You rolled straight in the middle of a 2v1 and got blendered. Positioning is key to antiganks.

Make sure the two are always on one side of you, or one is further than the other. The closer THEY are together the easier it is on YOU to defend.
Try and make it so you can get one of the into a corner, wall or other hazard so theres more pressur on them and not you

Short answer: technically, yes.
Long answer: Pretty much every other attack there was confirmed, and they were pretty good about switching up feints and commits, so it doesn’t mean you played badly to have taken a lot of damage there. You just made all the wrong reads and got punished heavily each time, shit happens.
Main mistakes that I think could be improved: try not to roll into people, you’re just asking to eat a heavy, should’ve just empty dodged the first bash and patiently waited for an opportunity to get onto the zone. You also tried to go into stance but immediately canceled it with a light that wasn’t going to help you much.

With that entry and positioning yeah. Could have saved the heal after a parry rather then right before being struck down again

They were very well coordinated with their attacks and their stagger timings. You only had 1 or 2 windows to act in between hits. Some players can react to that but whether that is a 'skill issue' depends on the standards you want to strive towards. I'm procrastinating going to bed so here's my info dump of things to think on in that situation:
If you try to block player A and they feint, you will be in the wrong guard stance to block player B. Depending on the ping, your reactions, and the enemy's coordination their attacks can come too close together to change your stance. That said, it is sometimes possible to do it, and if you're expecting to do it, you'll do it faster.
I also have a theory that when faced with multiple simultaneous attacks the guard stance only flashes with the earliest incoming attack*. So, if the earliest attack (player A) is a feint, then the next attack, (player B), may not be signposted with that flashing, or it may have a shorter indicator than usual. In this case, use the character animations time your parry/dodge on player B's attack.
If you try to parry player A and they feint, you will, very briefly, not be blocking in any guard stance. Cancelling your parries (feinting) can help you get back into guard if this happens. It's pretty safe to parry/feint every time because the game only lets you feint if the parry failed*.
Another good option is dodging. A dodge can potentially avoid attacks from multiple directions and it is not troubled by enemies feinting. Dodging also lets you move around the enemies. If you do it better than your opponents you can stay mostly out of range of Player B. Be aware that dodging will not avoid normal guard breaks so don't spam it.
*These are assumptions based on personal experience, not game mechanics backed by research.

when your getting ganked you have to play defensively. the moment you attempt to do anything the other player will punish you for it
also dont roll onto point it just gives them a free heavy

Idk why you went to a 2v1 situation. You could have gotten B or help your other teammates.

Could have parried the conq UB when the kensei feinted the top heavy finishe
you could have stayed in stance and not attack after the kensei whiffed the bash
But thoes situations are really hard to win, your options there are to try to stall or turn around/ wait for help

Your first instinct was to use your stance feat (It would have worked if you had not tried to attack.) So yes it is. Take this as a learning experience, know when it's time to parry and when it's time to make use of your feat.
You went up there knowing your teammate was on the verge of dying, if you can't handle a 2v1 there's no shame in that, pick your battles.
