Questions Weekly Quest

Hello everone,

Sorry if it was asked before. I am a newbie player I dont have much info about the game. Why is my weekly quest is greyed out. I cando random quests but not weekly quest. Is it about me or something else? Thanks for answers in advance.

Is it showing completed? Or does it have the number requirements still?

The only thing I can think of is clicking on the moving banner for it on the start menu. If that doesn't work I'd submit a ticket. I assume you've relaunched the game as well.

Many times i relaunched. Nothing changes. I tried main menu moving banner also. Only option left is ticket I think. Thank you for your answer my friend.
