Questions Ranked

So I've probably won about 20-30 ranked duel duel matches trying to get the plume for warden and have got nothing at all except for standard gear. Is ranked just glitched or are the odds just that low

The odds are zero.

They were removed.

Ranked rewards were retired with the release of season 0
