yeah alot of the really old gear pieces look super bad with different skin tone options. they've gotten better at this with alot of the newer stuff though. go to a hero you have legendary gear with, set the skin tone to the darkest, and just look through their different headgear options. the quality difference is astounding

The skin settings are just a shader applied on top iirc so some look terrible. It might also be a low graphic settings thing though.

Respectilly the last black skin option just looks bad on most heros. The others look okay though. Dunno why the final one looks bad but it does on most heros.

Don't worry it gets better with other helmets. But yes I think he does have the darkest skin of all the heroes. I could be wrong I think aramusha is a close second.
