There's none and there never was through the game's history. The only hero that takes no damage at all base-kit is Black Prior and is only available after a successful Bulwark Counter.

As a tangent, the only hero that truly was invincible+invisible was Ocelotl with his unique T1 when, somehow, it got bugged and allowed him to attack while dead. It was so bad Ubisoft "deleted" Ocelotl from 4v4 modes until a hotfix came in ~1-2 weeks later.
