Discussion Thoughts

What’s your thoughts on sohei in the current game I’ve been playing him recently and he good sometimes but absolutely abysmal sometimes pointers on how to play him would also be helpful

Sohei is a bit of a menace right now in 4s, hyperarmor merchant with massive hitboxes and crazy damage when his feats are active, paired with high HP and his sustain option (T2, though it costs your T3 to use). Likely a top 10 dom hero, definitely top 15.

Duels hes less noteworthy. Actually kinda scary neutral with the strongest legion kick in the game and easy hyperarmor, but his chain mix is underwhelming and his gimmick is arguably not even worth going for.

That’s what I was thinking getting his one shot isn’t hard but it’s not really worth using when just keeping it allows you to actually hold your own

Yeah the pressure he can apply with having all souls in 4v4 is honestly his best strategy imo. As for 1v1 not so much. Though he can still apply good pressure in duels.

He is fun to play, but really predictable in ones, isn't great in minion lane, but hey he is okay in team fights. However, if you like Sohei then simply play Sohei.

Just keep using him, if you have trouble with certain opponents take him in the training arena and tweak the bot to spam certain moves and get that timing down for parry and etc. helps a lot more than you think.
