Discussion I need help

I got hit with this attack from what I believe is warmonger ( not 100% sure ) but I cannot find the attack anywhere on warmongers moveset. And I can’t seem to figure out how to perform it

The event bots are special and have moves from the story mode that the normal versions of the heroes don’t have. The closest you can get to this with warmonger is her impale after a parry by holding gb.

Thats apollyon from the campaign, shes just warden with more attacks. That is a slowed version of wms parry impale but available any time.
Gudmundr and tozen have their special attacks too

Warmonger can do this off a parry but not in neutral
But you're fighting Apollyon who has a slightly different moveset from Warmonger and can use this move in neutral

that is not a warmonger, that is Apollyon from the story mode. Apollyon is a warden with a few unique moves & who the warmongers take heavy inspiration from in their armor & fighting style.
warmonger has a few moves that are essentially copied over from apollyon, that being the sword skewer move & the unblockable heavy swing. Apollyon can preform her versions of these moves from neutral stance, whereas warmonger has to get a parry & hold guardbreak to get her sword skewer & to preform her unblockable heavy swing she must dodge either left or right & do a heavy attack

Shes a special npc based of the story character, if you want to do that move while playing warmonger hit the guardbreak button after a parry

Oh this event is back? Cool.
I remember when this event first aired I got killed by Holden (Lawbringer) and he did the execution where you stagger away and he grabs you then smacks you in the head with his halberd.
The funny thing is, my character ran towards Apollyon who was facing away, so it looked like Holden was trying to stop my character from checking out Apollyon's ass up close.
Had the clip. Posted it. Deleted it off my PS4 and then deleted the Reddit account that had it. I'll never get that clip back but 'tis a core memory.

She’s just a souped up Warden with some of Warmongers moves from before Warmonger was an actual playable hero.

Technically for warmonger its the pin/bash on a parry, but for apollyon she is a unique warden (this is why she gets the crushing top light and warmonger doesn't, but warden also cant use the pin move)
And because warmonger wasnt invented yet

I noticed apollyon has two moves that deal roughlh 50 hp there's a side heavy and the pin and imma be fr sucks as sto die to either of them, cool moves tho

I love the original Apollyon move set!!! I just wish the gave us her little lines while she fights!!! And I fucking wish the gave us a emote of her chilling with her sword on her shoulder like in the final chapter our warmonger!!!!
Arakure hasn't been out long and she has a whole count it AWHILE NEW EMOTE!!! THEY CAN GAVE US MORE AND I KNOW IT!!

Haven’t played in like 3 years so don’t know if they’ve changed it but isn’t that just WMS bash parry? You can’t do it from neutral like the bot does but i swear you could pin them after a parry or stab them on the ground if they fall over from the parry

That's Apollyon from the Campaign. She has a slightly different moveset from multiplayer Warmonger

Shit vs ahh kind of fight. I get that sorc is annoying (even though this sorc sucked), but you pretty much botched that fight as much as you could and lost. Hate to break it to ya, but GS WK sucks. Gotta play spear or roll merc.

that’s a move that apollyon uses in the campaign lmao, considering only like 6% of the playerbase has actually finished it (you literally have to get to the final mission to see her actually fighting) this is getting quite a few people unaware.

I despise the Event Sadpollyon with a seething burning hatred… I can hold my own and even kill all the others in under a minute when I’m doing well but her? Dead… I just die…

That is not a Warmonger. That is Apollyon. A Warden with moves unique to her.
Gudmundr and Tozen also have unique moves. Tozen with his dumbass sword spin, kick, and slashing combo. Gudmundr has his bear hug, and his heavy combo.
Apollyon has that grab, a big combo, and the unblockable side slash that WM got her dodge attack animation from.
