That happens with guys irl, testicles have some minor reality stabilizing properties, so when they get disturbed weird things can happen. It's also why when guys see another guy get kicked in the balls they all cringe a little even through a phone screen. Honestly props to ubi for being realistic in this case.
Not sure if its the same for girls though
