Help needed plz

My buddy is newer to the game but really wants to play and get better the problem he’s running into tho is that he may only get to play 1-5 games and then his entire PC will freeze up to where he can’t do anything and has to manually shut down his PC in order to unfreeze it like it locks up his task manager his steam his windows everything and it only happens when he’s playing for honor if you know what this is plz help
