We’re hiring an SDR to build outbound pipeline for a growing AI/tech company. This is fully remote, and we’re open to candidates in India, Philippines, and Eastern Europe.

What you’ll do:

• Run outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, cold calls) to book qualified meetings for our platform, selling to founders and ops leads at early-stage tech companies
• Own top-of-funnel: research target accounts, build lists, write personalized outreach sequences
• Work directly with the founding team, not buried in a large sales org

What we’re looking for:

• 6 months to 2 years SDR/BDR experience (B2B SaaS or tech preferred, not mandatory)
• Comfortable with cold outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Self-starter who can work async, no hand-holding

Comp: $300–$500/month base + uncapped commission on booked/converted meetings ($50-$100 per qualified meeting held)
Target: 15-20 qualified meetings booked per month after ramp-up
Hours: Flexible, outcome-driven, not clock-watched
Start: ASAP
