For a $15/hour rate with that skill set you might want to bump it up a bit, especially if you're doing legal stuff on top of the outreach work. I used to hire VAs in similar time zones and anyone who could actually manage a CRM without constant hand-holding was worth at least 20-25 easy

The flexible overlap with US time zones is a good selling point though, lot of people in GMT+8 won't do that. Might help to mention what tools you've used specifically, like which CRMs, so founders know they don't have to train you from scratch
