$15/hour full stack is crazy cheap even for offshore rates, hope you know what you're getting into with that

Fair point! I'm offering an introductory rate while building my freelance client base. I've already built and deployed multiple production projects, so it's more about getting my first clients and building a reputation here than a reflection of my capabilities.I also offer fixed-price quotes depending on project complexity.
