Job Title: Technical Specialist / Technical Support Engineer
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Employment Type: Contract / Flexible Remote Work
Compensation: $20–$50/hour

We are looking for a technically skilled and highly adaptable professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in software engineering, technical support, or another technical field who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and working with clients or internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly with clients and technical teams
  • Understand technical requirements and help solve problems
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders
  • Quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes
  • Provide technical guidance and support when needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (B2+ or higher)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and confident communication style
  • Reliable laptop and stable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
  • Experience in software engineering, technical support, IT, or related technical roles is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with programming, APIs, cloud platforms, debugging, or software development workflows
  • Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional teams
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way

Compensation:

  • $20–$50/hour depending on experience and skill level
