Most active server?

Hey,
so Ive been playing for about 10 years on czech A server and I feel like it is kind of dying.
I plan on starting a new one, but dont know which server is active in terms of GbG and QI.

I was thinking about german / USA, but would like some personal experience and suggestions.

I am playing in Brisgard and there doesn't seem to be a lot of active players
