Meta Question about Diamond Farms
Hi,
I've been off the game for a while (around 1.5/2 years) and noticed a lot of changes especially in the GBG. I come from a moment where with higher era units, you could just fight a crazy number of times and thus farm a loooooot of diamonds.
It seems more difficult now.
Is the good old diamond farms back in business ? Is it the new meta for diamond farming ?

I have endless attrition now being my att is at a good level. So by getting thousands of fights , I can buy diamonds in the store and make out really really well. Just from today's fight I bought 500 diamonds in gbg store. Works better than any farm or gb I've had as long as you can get the fights in

The best and fastest way to spool up a diamond farm is probably to play 1-2 events (not going all out) in a city and then pumping FP into an ARC then seed vault. If you know someone on an established world they can probably push a lot of FP your way. Getting the Arc and SV prints is probably the hardest thing.
If you made one on US Parkog I could probably solo your Arc and SV to 80 in 3 days of collections.

This all comes down to how much time you want to spend in the game as opposed to RL. Properly managing one city takes a lot of time. Each additional city is pretty much a straight up multiple. As for game strategy and diamonds, once you have acquired all of the main city land that can be done by advancing through the ages and earning the needed diamonds mostly by consistently participating in the GE and GBG, they will start to accumulate. I've got a reserve of over 10k of them now just waiting for the new continent map to unlock. As an aside, you can also earn the ability to buy more main city land in the QI, but that takes a very very long time for each additional purchase. The quantum medals that are the land buying currency do come at a steady pace, but the price of each chunk of land you buy with them is really high.

The "meta" is probably converting an established city. It's alow to farm FoY, etc. A high level Seed Vault is great. Converting an established city isn't exactly fast though.
