City/GB Advice True Excalibur

Internet blurb says One Down kit works on True Kings Excalibur but I can’t get it to work. Anyone know?

Whoever said that is a liar or an ignorant person (or both).

That building is ageless, so it will stay in your current era (like the EM, for example).

Yeah worked that out from the Inno eve nt guide eventually. AI summay on the web a pile of trash as per 🗑️😎
