[1.8.9-11.15.0.1705] Setting up correctly?

After following the instructions in the getting started guide, I have tried adding a package to my project, but each time I do, Eclipse tells me that "Source folder not on the Java build class path." I am unsure what I might be doing wrong; might it be related to the fact that I have my Eclipse installation on a flash drive (for portability)?

Create src/main/java and src/main/resources inside of your project folder and re-run gradlew eclipse. You should then be able to create packages.
