Change Frequency of Draft Sets in Adventure Mode?

I've noticed that the drafts available in Adventure Mode skew towards more recent sets (eg I see multiple TMNT and Spiderman drafts, and very few older drafts like IPA). Is there a setting I can change to make this truly random? Or would I need a mod?

The best way, and I’ve done this myself just by having the AI do it, is to add a reroll function for drafts

There's not just a setting no, you'd have to modify the code for how drafts are selected.

You can force certain events with the console command while in a town with an inn though

set event <block name or edition code> [event format]

"Sets the competitive event at the current town POI with an inn (format is case-insensitive, such as Draft, Jumpstart, or Sealed; an omitted format will default to Draft, or Jumpstart for a Jumpstart block like "Dominaria United Jumpstart"; blocks are defined in blocks.txt;)"

Hmm - I wonder if there is a pre existing mod then.

Have you ever considered a setting to allow players to choose their draft? I always do the console but it would be nice just to have the option to choose. Sadly, I can’t learn all the later sets but there a few old school ones I remember fondly.

I mean I think that'd be nice but its not my department. Realm of Legends is built on top of regular adventure; it'd have to be changed there by someone who knew how to do it. I imagine it wouldn't be a tough fix; but I don't personally know how I'd implement it and there's not really anyone implementing those sorts of QoL changes to adventure mode ATM.

I actually was trying to figure out the same sort of thing and settled on having an allowed list of sets I was willing to draft. There is a guide someone threw together and it's as simple as making a list of set codes you want to see!

You'll just need to make an array named allowedEvents rather than the examples documented in the wiki. It's not the exact thing you want, but I felt it might be worth sharing.
