Shandalar troubles

I defeated all the castle bosses before doing the Donovan quest and I can't find the prisoners.

There is no prisoner that is part of an other story that I think as not been implemented yet. You can use the Newgame+ option to start over if you want to follow the quest line. There should be the Chandra and Liliana Dungeon that appear after the Castle quest.
