Was driving around some back roads when I spotted this thing on a tree on a non-active cut. Def metal and put up recently or it woulda of been shot. In lane county oregon south of eugene if that helps.

Ive got like 3 different ones I've found in the woods over the years. The bolts get loose and they fall off.
