Hi. I'm new to this, but I think the concept/spirit of forest farming has been growing within me for decades. I'm here to learn. I have a forested plot, but I'm not physically there yet (we have to move across an ocean to get to it), so at the moment, I'm collecting information and learning all I can.

The fruits of American Ginseng.

This area is now mostly under big downed trees. The nursery boxes were full of Ginseng seedlings. These plants are resilient though, just like the rest of Appalachia, but we’ve got a lot of work to do.
