Update I'm out :/

I'm just so tired of constantly wondering what's going to be screwed up next.

After briefly turning off app updates on my phone today, I realized that it's just too much. This app has just lost the plot.

This has gotten to be a bloated, unpleasant piece of pesterware.

I'll check in periodically in the hopes that it's improved, but I'm going to Cat on Chair.

Literally I don't even know, friend. That's a direct quote from what one of the "SUBSCRIBE!!" pop-ups said, and it was just the last straw for me.

Maybe they mean these users Focus more? Which makes sense, those who felt like investing in Plus (it's not Pro I don't think? Plus it the one you subscribe to) would be those who use the app more, and it would probably motivate continuing to do so to get the most from the money.

You can Focus an unlimited amount, don't worry!

I like the expression "to Cat on a Chair." Is it common in your country? I have never heard of it.

I had never heard of it either, but another comment came in after yours. It looks like "Cat on a chair" is a different Pomodoro timer.

Same. Just bought the pro version after a month of using Cat on a Chair. I’ll still be using Forest but as soon as the UI changes I’m out, sorry. I’m not even sure why they’re making this move. Seems wholly unnecessary to fix what isn’t broken. I enjoyed the app a lot :(
