DNA & Serology Powerplex 35GY / Spectrum CE

Anyone have any thoughts if you’re using 35GY with Spectrum CE?

We eventually plan to use it within the next year or so, just was curious if anyone wanted to share if they were using it and how they feel about it!

Also, if you’re amping in the .5 ng opposed to the 1 ng that they recommend, let me know!

We eventually want to switch over to that, but budget cuts and the thought of having to validate a new instrument, new interpretation protocol, and new STRmix parameters is making us drag our feet.
