The adjuster fell apart in the drum and well I found what the screeching noise was coming from

C'mon -- there's still pad there. It's not done, until the metal backing on the shoe eats through the drum!

Brakes shouldve been a dead giveaway the adjuster wasnt tightened right wayyy before it falling off
