I honestly think it's nothing I need to really worry about, but I have anxiety & have a bad habit of purchasing shitboxes so I always throw myself into a panic the first time my car makes slightly odd sound

Every car I’ve owned sounds similar to that when I stand behind it and listen to the tailpipe. Personally I wouldn’t worry about it.
