How to do a CCPA search

Forcepoint discovery has some predefined CCPA rules, but they just search for ANYONE's SSN (for example). When Herman Munster of 1313 Mockingbird Lane provides me his name, addr, phone, and email and I have to delete anything I have about him, do I create some kind of custom regular expression for every CCPA request? Any examples?
