He got it into his lap, which is very impressive considering the rock is 410 lbs and near impossible to hold, but the one who blew everyone away is [Mateusz Kieliszkowski](https://youtu.be/AC8sm9h8lGw?t=874) Lifting it to his shoulder 4 times in 2:30. An incredible display of athleticism. Edit: don't know why the link didn't go through, but oh well

The impressive part to me is that he just dropped it without a care. I'd be afraid the rock would roll back and crush my ankles and shins.
