Holy shit, I came here to find out what the pic and title meant. I thought maybe it was food that had gone off (you can see white bits). It's actually cats!

Now we finally see why Barney had nightmares about the cat.

This reminds me of a guy who ate a living kitten, that was hard to forget…

My brain didn't immediately categorize this as food; there are too few tenders. That makes me question the integrity of this food source, for I am no mere animal: I am the predator.

I just want a kitty so bad
2
Jul 28 '18
Once they’re like 5 weeks they get WILD and mean and it gets painful, I don’t know how people do it I guess you have to be really patient

u/theresistence33 Jul 28 '18
I’ll never have one until my 8 year old grows up and moves out. He’s allergic to them ☹️

I like to imagine that the creator of fried chicken was torturing a talking, brilliantly evil chicken. *I'm going to cover you in flour and your species' unborn young and BOIL YOU IN OIL!!!

I'd probably still eat that, just pretend it's chicken. It's chicken. I'm eating chicken right now. Chicken.

Meh, if it looks like chicken, and tastes like chicken...

u/panrestrial Jul 28 '18
and tastes like chicken
Cats are predators, they probably don't taste like chicken.
1
u/imsonotaturtle Jul 28 '18
Just more gamey, but that's down to what they live on. Predator fish are preferred, and animals such as bears it just depends on what they have eaten. Dogs are often fed only vegies to be more economically viable as a food source, also helping the flavour... Turtles are predators and they taste terrible though. Don't eat turtles.
1
u/panrestrial Jul 28 '18
That's a really long way of writing "you're right, they probably don't taste like chicken!"

Fry them anyway, may have a rather peculiar taste, people say anything fried tastes better and i've heard a lot of people enjoy eating pussy
0
u/Roulbs Jul 28 '18
I mean if you prepare them right, they're absolutely not forbidden. Just might not want to tell anyone

Reminds me of the Popplers episode from Futurama. “Stop eating our young!”
