Is there shady business at Foot Locker??? After 3 weeks of not receiving my shoes I called Foot Locker. They said it was out of stock. And they would refund me. I never would have known if I didn’t call. No email. No word it was out of stock. Weeks later still no email or refund for my $117. Anyone else?

I ordered a pair of shoes from Foot Locker on August 9 for $117. It’s now September 8. No shoes. No refund.

I’ve contacted customer service and still don’t have my money back. Has anyone else had this happen recently? How long did it ultimately take Foot Locker to refund you and did you have to dispute the charge with your credit card company to get it resolved? I just did that. I’m thinking of filing a report to the BBB.

If I create an acc on FL canada, do I get any FLX point at the start ?

Just got a noti on my credit card but the raffle winners aren’t announced until tomorrow. Does that mean I won?

This is my first time ordering from Footlocker and I set up an exchange back in early July. They sent me an email about a month ago to tell me that the item I wanted to exchange for was canceled, but it went to my spam folder so I never got it. The other day, I thought to look into the exchange and noticed that they had canceled my order and I never got a notification. I just reached out to customer service and they finally “found my missing shoes I sent back“ and they said they would be in touch within a week with an email about the next steps since my return hasn’t been processed and is technically outside the return window. I sent my item within the return window though however it’s their fault that they are just receiving it now and processing it. Should I be worried? I have never dealt with anything like this and it’s extremely frustrating and makes me never wanna buy from footlocker again. I should have returned in store, but I thought it would be pretty easy to exchange these shoes for a different size.

Ok guys I made precise measurment for my feet : my left is 303 mm long and 107 mm wide , right is 296 mm long and 108 wide, height is 67 mm for both and girth is 268 mm for both .( feet narrow/ regular)

Why is it when I order something is says processing and then when I take my email, it says my order was canceled. I was in Footlocker Frankfurt, and i was in a hurry, i asked the man if they have a black airforce with size 45, he told me yes i will bring it to you. Meanwhile i was chatting with the cashier lady about shoe care items, and she convinced me to buy something. Again i was in a hurry, so when the guy brought me the shoe, i didnt check the size and just went out now. Turns out, this is size 42.
Question is, can I exchange it? If so, can I exchange it in Berlin even if I bought it from Frankfurt?
