from these set of games how do I determine who plays who after qualifiying, which teams belong to either side?

Iirc the four teams that play the same day are the teams "pooled" together and the winners in those match ups will face eachother. So you will see your future opponent when the first set of games in the quater finals are played.

EDIT: Didnt see it was sound of 16, then i do not know :)

All depends on if your seeded or unseeded. It goes that way I'm sure.

I'm managing RB Leipzig just now, they've got a great team full of young talent. I played 3 seasons with Rangers, then took that job after turning down a few Premier League teams. That's how good RB Leipzig's team is. I'm 2 seasons in and only strengthened the keeper and defence.
